Dr. Gavini is a board-certified Pediatrician who has been practicing in the Detroit area for more than 30 years. He completed his residency training at the Mt. Carmel Mercy Hospital, where he served as the Pediatric Chief Resident and Overall Chief Resident. He also served as the Clinical Instructor responsible for Residency Training. Since 1978 he has been practicing pediatrics in the Taylor, Redford, Dearborn Heights, and Novi areas. He worked as the division head of Pediatrics at the Henry Ford Hospital Medical Centers in Taylor and Redford until 1992, when he started his solo Pediatric and ADHD practice in Dearborn Heights and Novi.
